Research Notes:
part of a group of several families, including the Todds, who came from Ireland together [Ref: Shields SAWHILL p13]

settled first in West Chester Co, PA; later moved to Washington Co [Ref: Shields SAWHILL p13]

"[Elizabeth NEELY]'s sister Mary ... raised a family ... on a farm adjoining ours." [Ref: William Todd 4/1916]

.... who apparently followed their married daughters, Jane (Lorimor) and June (Milligan) from County Tyrone, Ireland, to the United States.
We have no evidence to show that County Tyrone was their home. The Lorimor family record states "Hugh Lorimor was born near Lisburn (County Down)", also, "he was an uncomprimising protestant and a member of the Presbyterian Church". "Jane Neely was also a native of the north of Ireland. She was a Presbyterian. Hugh Lorimor and Jane Neely were married by a Presbyterian minister." (Counties Down and Tyrone are both in the North of Ireland.)
The two eldest Milligan children were born in County Tyrone, they and their parents arriving in this country in 1790.
Incomplete evidence at hand leads up to believe that the other daughters and son were married after arrival in the United States. [Ref: SawhillDB SAWHILL p12]
