1332: accompanied Balliol into Scotland, and was at the victory over the Scots Aug 12 at Dupplin, after which he was restored by Balliol to his title and estates. [Ref: CP I p307]

1334: rebelled, but was pardoned at the treaty of peace, 18 Aug 1315 [Ref: CP I p307]

slain at the conflict of Kilblane, Nov 30 1335. His widow defended Lochindorb Castle when besieged, from Nov 1335 to Jun 1336 [Ref: CP I p308]
