Research Notes:
Will dated Jan 14 1775, proved Jun 12 1775. Recites the devise to her by her husband's will of the 1/3 part of his moveable estate and the grant of letters testamentary to Jacob Bidleman and Nicholas Groover of Nockamixon, and directs her executors to proceed to collect from them her legacy under the Will of her husband, and all right of dower as his widow, all of which she devises to her son-in-law, Herman Shuman of Tinicum, he to pay out the following: "My son Simon Harrs, My son Ludowick, my son Henry, and my daughter Catherine Massomer." Her trusty friend, Ludwid Lang of Tinicum is named executor. It appears that her daughter had been provided for by her husband's will and thus was not mentioned in this instrument.
