This certain tract of land situated in Otter Cree, W. Mercer County Pennsylvania containing twenty eight acres bounded and described as follows. On the North by James Kashner or center of public road leading from Kitches corners to the ___ of the West ___, on the East by land of M. E. Pauly which was bought of the said tract. On the South by land of M. E. Pauly and Ephram Biltig. West by land of Wil. Kashner and Nathan lasher. Also another lot situated in the above mentioned township county and state containing twenty five acres bounded and described as follows: On the West by land of Kashner, North by ___, East by land of W. E. Pauly, South by land of Edward Billig on center of public road. The above land is sold for fifty three acres ___ more or less. Includes buildings, livery, and tools. Witness: M. E.
