possibly Adelheidia de Gournay, daughter of Hugh de Gournay [Ref: ES III.4 #644]

length of the marital career of her mother, Adelais Countess of Albarmla, has led to the occasional suggestion that it was her daughter Adelaide of Ponthieu who married Eudes de Champagne, but that was shown to be an error by Stapleton [Ref: Keats-Rohan DP p124]

Ives de Beaumont's wife, Adelais (or Alice), appears to have been the daughter of Enguerrand, Count of Ponthieu, and his wife, Adelais (or Alice), later Countess of Aumale, half-sister of William the Conqueror, King of England. The evidence for Adelais de Beaumont's identity is slim but compelling. At some point, I hope to publish an article on her identity. Adelais de Beaumont was, of course, half-sister of Judith, wife of Waltheof, Earl of Northumberland and of Stephen, Count of Aumale, who are better known to American genealogists. However, unless I am mistaken, Adelais herself is ancestress of King Edward III's wife, Philippe of Hainault [Ref: Douglas Richardson SGM 3/5/1999]
