Research Notes:
While there is no conclusive proof that she was the daughter of Bouchard IV De Mntmorency, there is considerable evidence tending to show that she was, and the name of her son, Bouchard, a distinctive name of the Montmorencys is a strong indication that Adelaide was a Montmorency. Winkhaus in his Ahnen accepts this affiliation as a fact [Ref: Moriarty Plantagenet p176]
