1330: already married to Thomas de Monthermer, as he held part of the manor of Lydiard Tregoz [Ref: CP++ Monthermer 12/31/2006 (CP IX p5143)]

In 1342 John la Warre and Peter de Grandison sued Margaret widow of Thomas de Monthermer in the Court of Common Pleas regarding five messuages, 15 acres of meadow, 20s. rent, one virgate, the third part of two carucates of land, and one messuage in Lydiard Tregoze, Wiltshire; the said Margaret came into court and stated that she held the property in dower of the dotation of Henry Tyeys formerly her husband and by assignment of Alice widow of Warin de Lisle sister and heir of Henry Tyeys.

Margaret widow of Thomas Monthermer held Warblington in dower till her death in May, 1349, when it was inherited by her daughter Margaret wife of Sir John Montagu, kt.,.. (VCH (Hampshire) III:134-136) [Ref: John Ravilious SGM 12/19/2005-145934]

1429: it was recorded that Margaret de Monte Hermery had formerly held half a fee in Bockhampton (West Bockhampton, in the parish of Lambourn), Berkshire. In 1324 the king had ordered a messuage and land in Bockhampton to be delivered to Margaret, late the wife of Henry Tyeys, which had previously been granted by fine to Henry and Margaret for their lives [Ref: CP++ Monthermer 12/31/2006 (CP IX p143)]
