Last Will and Testament of Elizabeth Doner, Deceased
In the name of God Amen. I, Elizabeth Doner widow of Daniel Doner deceased of West Pennsborough Township Cumberland County Pennsylvania being of sound mind and memory for which I desire to express my thanksgivness to the givor of all Gott do make and declare this to be my last will.
First I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my decease as possible.
Second I devise and bequeath to my daughter, Nancy Wenger three hundred dollars and the carpet upstairs in my house to be paid to her as soon as convenient by my executor if I leave so much this not to prevent Nancy Wegner from her share of the balance of my estate.
Third The balance of my estate to be equally divide among all my children or their heirs.
I do hereby nominate and appoint my son David Doner to be the executor of this my last will and testament.
In testimony hereof I have hereto set my hand and seal the 24th day of March A.D. 1866. Elizabeth (X) Doner.
Signed Sealed and executed by the Testator in presence of Jacob Doner, Isaac Lefever.

This 15th day of March A.D. 1875 before me John Reep Register for the probate of wills and granting letters of Administration in and for the County of Cumberland in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania personally appeared Jacob Doner and Isaac Lefever the subscribing witnesses to the foregoing instrument of writing purporting to be the last will and testament of Elizabeth Doner late of West Pennsborough township deceased, who having duly affirmed according to law, depose and say, that they were present and saw and heard the testatrix Elizabeth Doner sign seal publish pronounce and declare the same as and for her last will and testament and that at the time of her so ding she was of a sound and disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their observation knowledge and belief, and that they subscribed their names as witnesses at the request in her presence and in the presence of each other.

Affirmed and subscribed before me this 15th day of March 1876. John Reed Register.
Be it remembered that on the 15th day of March 1875 the last will and testament of Elizabeth Doner late of West Pennsborough township deceased was legally proven and letters testamentary thereon were on the same day by me issued to David Doner the executor in the said last will and testament named. Inventory and account to be exhibited in the time appointed by law. Said decedent died on Sunday the 7th day of March 1875 about 8 oclock in the morning.
