At the Instance and request of Jacob Musser and Isaac Kauffman who are
intermarried with two of the daughters of Jacob Brubacher late of Manheim
Township deceased, It is ordered that a Citation do issue to Peter Brubaker,
Jacob Myer, Henry Musser, and John Wanner executors of the last Will and
Testament of the said Jacob Brubaker deceased to appear at the General Orphans
Court to be held at Lancaster on the first Tuesday in December next then and
there to settle and pass their administration Account on the Estate of the

This Indenture made the Twenty third Day of July Anno Domini One thousand
Seven hundred and ninety one Between Abraham Buckwalter of Lampeter Township
in the County of Lancaster and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania yeoman and Mary
his Wife of the one Part and Jacob Mosser of the same place Labourer of the
other part, Witnesseth that the said Abraham Buckwalter and Mary his Wife for
and in Consideration of the sum of One hundred and twenty Pounds lawful Money
of Pennsylvania to the said Abraham Buckwalter well and truly in hand paid by
the said Jacob Mosser at and before the Ensealing and Delivery of these
presents the Receipt and payment he the said Abraham Buckwalter doth hereby
acknowledge and thereof and of every part and parcel thereof doth acquit and
forever discharge the said Jacob Mosser his Heirs and Assigns by these
presents, Have granted bargained sold aliened enfoeffed released an dconfirmed
and by these Presents Doth grant bargain sell alien release enfeoff and
confirm unto the said Jacob Mosser his Heirs and Assigns all that certain lot
or parcel of Land Situate in Lampeter Township aforesaid bounded and described
by the lines as follows to wit, Beginning at a Stone near John Longenekers
land thence by the same North seventy two degrees East Sixty eight perches to
a Black Oak Tree thence by Nicholas Reidenbach's land North Sixteen degrees
West nineteen perches and six tenths of a perch to a Stone thence by said
Abraham Buckwalters land South Seventy two degrees West Sixty four perches and

hereby granted with the Appurtenances unto the said Jacob Mosser his Heirs and
Assigns To the only proper use Benefit and Behoof of the said Jacob Mosser his
Heirs and Assigns forever under and Subject to a proportionable part of the
yearly Quit Rent if any there be, and payable for the same to the Chief Lord
or Lords of the fee thereof forever, And the said Abraham Buckwalter his Heirs
Executors and Administrators doth covenant promise and grant to and with the
said Jacob Mosser his Heirs and Assigns that he the said Abraham Buckwalter
his Heirs and all and every other person and Persons his or their Heirs any
Thing having or claiming in the said Premises above granted or meant mentioned
or intended so to be or any part thereof by from or under him them or any or
either of them shall and will from Time to Time hereafter upon the reasonable
Request and at the proper Costs and Charges of him the said Jacob Mosser his
Heirs and Assigns make do and execute or cause and procure to be made done and
executed all and every such further and other lawful and reasonable Act and
Acts Thing and Things Conveyances and Assurances in the law whatsoever for the
further better more sure and perfect granting conveying and assuring of all
and Singular the said Premises with the Appurtenances unto the said Jacob
Mosser his Heirs and Assigns his or their Council Learned in the law shall be
reasonably advised devised or required, And the said Abraham Buckwalter and
Mary his wife and their Heirs the said Lot or piece of land above described
and Premises unto the said Jacob Mosser his Heirs and Assigns against him the
said Abraham Buckwalter and his Heirs and against all and every other Person
or Persons Whatsoever Lawfully claiming said premises or any Part thereof by
from or under him them or any of them shall and will Warrant and forever
defend by these Presents. In Witness whereof the said Parties to these
Presents have Interchangeably set their Hands and Seals thereunto Dated the

them in hand well and truly paid by the said Abraham Downer at or before the
Sealing and Delivery hereof the receipt and Payment whereof they and each of
them do hereby acknowledge and thereof do acquit release and discharge the
said Abraham Downer his Heirs Executors Administrators and Assigns By these
Presents, have and each of them hath granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed
released and confirmed and by these Presents Do and each of them Doth grant
