Sep 27 1717: mentioned in letter from James Steel to Frederick Taylor (surveyor for Chester County) regarding a land request for 4 or 500 acres. Another entry in same letter names Hans Pupather, Jacob Pupather and Peter Swar for 1000 acres; and Christian Hershey for 400 acres [Ref: Ellis LancasterCoPA p866]

Nov 28 1717: received patent for 700 acres of land on Little Conestogoe Creek, then Chester County and later Lancaster County, granted to Hans Pupather. Recorded in patent book A vol 5 p268 [Ref: LancasterCoPA Deeds Q-659]

[possibly wrong Hans Brubaker, the joint purchase may refer to #12133]
bought 700 acres in his own name, and 1000 acres jointly with Hershey; the 1000 acre tract was divided between them [Ref: Brackbill Herr-Kendig p99]

lived east of the Little Conestoga Creek in the southwestern corner of Manheim Twp, Lancaster Co [Ref: Gibble BRUBAKER p65]
