in the fear of God, Till they come to the age of Twenty one year. And if my

with the Third Incom of my Plandation, for and During her widowhood. It is my
Will That No Timber Shall be Sold of This my Land, not any Land by Cleared,
Nor any Timber by spoiled both wath Necessary for fencing and Fireing. I give
and Devoise unto my Two Sons all This my Land and Plandation whereon I Now
Liveth, That is to say unto my sonJohn Moser & Henry Mosser their Heirs and
assigns Forever, to be divided among Them as Equally and Convinent as Can be
done, and also to be apraised by Two Endeverant Men of judgement, at or before
They Come of Their age. It is my will That all my Estate Real and Personall
Shall be Equally Devided Between all my Children as John Mosser, Henry Mosser,
and Anna Mosser in Shear and Share alike. And lastly I Nominate make and
appoint my beloved frind Peter Mosser and Benjamen Hershy Junior, Executors To
Thise my Last will and Testament. In Case if one of the Said Two Sons Should
die before his Age, Then it is my will That my Daughter Anna Should have and
hold the Decedent his part of Land to her her Heirs and assigns forever. (The

In the Name of God Amen. I Peter Mosser of the Township and County of
Lancaster and Province of Pennsylvania Yeoman, being very Sick and weak of
Body, but of pfect mind memory and Understanding, Thanks be given to God
Therefore Calling to mind the Mortality of my Body, knowing that it is
appointed for all Men once to die, Do make and Ordain this my last Will and
Testament, That is to say principally and first of all, I Recommend my Soul
into the hands of God that Gave it, and my Body I recommend to the Earth to be
buried in a Christian like and decent Manner and touching such Worldly Estate
where with it hath pleased God to bless me with in this life I give, Devise
and Dispose of the same in the following manner and Form Imprimis It is my
Will and I do order that in the First place all my just Debts and Funeral
Charges shall be paid and Satisfied. Item I Give and bequeath unto My beloved

Subscriber, Jacob Gosteter, Michael Wanger and Abrahm Myer the Witnesses to
the above Written Will and on their Corporal Oaths did say, they were present
and Saw and heard Peter Mosser the Testator within named Sign Seal publish and
Declare the above Writing as and for his last Will and Testament, and that at
the doing thereof, he was of Sound, disposing mind memory and understanding to

Be it Remembered that on the of Decr 1759 the last Will and
Testament of Peter Mosser deceased was proved in due form of Law, and Probate
and Letters Testamentary were Granted to Peter Mosser and Benjn Hershey Junr
the Execs therein named being duly Sworn well and truly to Administer the
deceased's Estate, to make and Exhibit a true and pfect Inventory, and render
a just Accompt when lawfully required; Given under the seal of the sd Office
