At an Orphans Court held at Lancaster for the County of lancaster the first day of November in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hudnred and eighty two, before William Henry Michael Hubley and John Hubley Esquires, Justices of the same Court,
At the Instance and request of Jacob Musser and Isaac Kauffman who are intermarried with two of the daughters of Jacob Brubacher late of Manheim Township deceased, It is ordered that a Citation do issue to Peter Brubaker, Jacob Myer, Henry Musser, and John Wanner executors of the last Will and Testament of the said Jacob Brubaker deceased to appear at the General Orphans Court to be held at Lancaster on the first Tuesday in December next then and there to settle and pass their administration Account on the Estate of the said Deceased and abide the Jusdgement of the said Court [Ref: LancasterCoPA OrphansCt 1 Nov 1782]
