possibly a HERSHEY, since the Hershey family held land adjacent to Peter
MUSSER, and Benjamin Hershey was one of the executors of the estate of Peter
[Ref: Recker PeopleMarsh III#4p3]
family tradition that she was related to the Hersheys. This "sister-in-law"
relationship came about when her husband's brother, Jacob, married Maria
Hershey [Ref: Musser MusserPlantation p173]
1759: on death of husband, took over the management of the entire plantation,
until her late husband's younger brother Henry came of age in 1761; from then
until 1774 she conducted the operations on her half of the plantation until
her son John reached the age of 21 in 1774 [Ref: Musser MusserPlantation p173]
