Research Notes:
after death of father (August 1825) they made their home with her mother, till her death in Aug 1829. While living there their oldest child was born. After death of her mother, they made their home in Sidney, OH [Ref: Eagleson BYERS p58]

May 22 1826: granted to Thomas Byers Jr their undivided one-sixth interest in 30 acres and 120 perches left to be equally divided by his daughters by Thomas Byers Sr in his will [Ref: WashingtonCoPA Deeds 3N-329]

abt 1834: received 1/11 share in will of uncle, James Byers [Ref: Taylor BYERS p23]
