Research Notes:
Obituary from the Sterling Journal: Chrles T. Monroe 51 years of age, a farmer of the Illif region, died Monday October 3, 1932 after a long illness of heart disease. He came to Illif with his parents in 1882 and has resided in Logan County since that time. Besides his widow, he is survived by these children: Rex, Mrs. Glady's Bunning, Vera, Thomas, Wilma and Eldon.
Funeral services were held Wednesday at the Baptist Church in Illif with burial at Rivevside Cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the Jackson Mortuary. [Ref: Ray Brodbeck 7/29/2008]
