30 Mar 1218: Sheriff of Warwickshire was ordered to give him seisin of the manor of Brinklow, which Eustace de Stuteville had held, as the latter oly had the land by the bail of Nicholas de Stuteville, Nicholas's father, and the land fell to Nicholas the son by inheritance [Ref: Farrer EYC v9p19]
