appeared and owned the fact, manifesting Dorothy's repentance, and desiring to
fall under the penal part of the sentence. It was ordered that she be
apprehended as soon as she returned, and be severly whipped unless her father

or taken any possession of ye Any of sd Decd or n any Wise Acted as an admr on
ye Estate of sd Decd, yr being no Estate to e found but what was otherways
