will dated Nov 7 1725, proved Feb following. Gave all real estate to his wife for her use through life, his father having left it to him on the condition that it should pass to his other children in equal division in case Nathaniel left no children; gave her his personal estate outright. She and hsi neighbor Cornelius Brown to be executors. [Ref: PeabodySH PEABODY p18]
