William Loudesop paid 100 marks for the custody and marriage of Thomas, and agreed to pay 10 pounds a year for two-thirds of Langford manor [Ref: Hansen Wodhull p34]

10 Nov 1434: escheator of co Bedford was ordered to give him seisin of the manor of Langford [Ref: Hansen Wodhull p34]

3 Aug 1441: by a charter dated at Little Wodhull, Thomas granted two-thirds of the manor of Little Wodhull to William Trussel, knight, Thomas Trussel, esquire, Thomas Rokesden, esquire, and Thomas Hodchekyn, yoman [Ref: Hansen Wodhull p34]

at his death he held two-thirds of the manor of Great Wodhull, Little Wodhull, Langford, and Pateshull, with the advowson of Great Wodhull church, and the reversion of the other thirds which his mother held in dower for life. The obligation to support Rockingham Castle was noted [Ref: Hansen Wodhull p35]
