was granted Barony of Skelton by Henry I [Ref: Sanders Baronies p77]

1103: received a grant of a holding at Danby, Yorks. The grant did not mention service due from Danby, but in 1201 Peter de Brus confirmed the transfer of lands and recognized the obligation of 1 knight's fee from Danby [Ref: Sanders Baronies p77(4)]

1106: given a large fief in Yorkshire by Henry I; between 1120 and 1129 an account of the fief was written into Domesday Book [Ref: Keats-Rohan DP p414]

1124: given the lordship of Annandale by David of Scotland [Ref: Keats-Rohan DP p414]

alleged to have married, secondly, Agnes de Annand, but there is no proof [Ref: SP II p429]
