This Indenture made eleventh day of February in the year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and fifty seven between Elias Orr and Margaret Orr his wife of the Township of Fairview and County of Mercer and State of Penna of the first part and John Harsh of the same Township County and State aforesaid of the second part, Witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum of Seven hundred dollars lawful money of the United States of America unto them well and truly by the said party of the second part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened enfeoffed released confirmed and conveyed and by these presents to grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release confirm and convey unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns All that piece or parcel of land situate in Fairview Township Mercer County Penna bounded and described as follows, Beginning at a poplar on the North Side of the district road, thence South two degrees east one hundred and eleven and a half rods by lands of Henry Swagers heirs to a post thence south eighty eight and a half degrees West Seventy one and three fourth rods by lands of James Miller to a post, thence North two degrees West one hundred and eleven and a half rods by land of Elias Orr to a post on the North Side of the road and thence North eighty eight and an ahlf degrees east Seventy one and three fourth rods along lands of John McCartney to the place of beginning, being a piece of land off the east end of Elias Orr the vendor's farm or lot in Number in fourth district Donation land containing fifty acres of land neat measure, Together with all and singular the hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions and remainders rents issues and profits thereof, and all the estate rights title property claims and demands whatsoever of the said parties of the first part in law equity or otherwise of in and to the same or any part thereof, To Have and to hold the said land hereditaments and premises hereby granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, To and for the only proper use and behoof of the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns forever, And Elias Orr and Margaret his wife the said parties of the first part their heirs executors and administrators do by these presents covenant grant and agree to and with the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns that they the said parties of the first part their heirs all and singular the herediatements and premises herein above described and granted or mentioned and intended so to be with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his heirs and assigns against them the said parties of the first part and their heirs and against all and every other person or persons lawfully claiming or to claim the same or any part thereof, shall and will warrant and forever defend. In witness whereof the said parties of the first part have to these presents set their hands and seals, Dated the day and year first above written. Elias Orr. Margaret Orr.
Sealed and delivered in presence of us, Emma Siddall, George Sidall.
Received the day of the date of the above Indenture of the above named John Harsh the sum of Seven hundred dollars lawful money of the United States being the consideration money above mentioned in full. Elias Orr.

Mercer County SS: On the Eleventh day of February A.D. 1857 before me George Siddell a Justice of the peace Came the above named Elias Orr and Margaret Orr his wife and acknowledged the above Indenture to be their act and deed and that the same might be recorded as such. She the said Margaret being of full age and being by me examined separate and apart from her said husband and the contents of said Indenture being first made fully known to her declared that she did of her own free will and accord sign and seal and as her act aid deliver the same without any coercion or compulsion on the part of her said husband.
