Research Notes:
at her death, her living sons and the children of her only daughter made a division of such property as was left which was approved by the probate judge, ommitting any consideration of the children of the deceased son Benjamin, since he had ore than his share of his father's property. Thirty years later, the husbands of the two daughters of Benjamin, his only surviving heirs, demanded a share of their grandfather's estate [Ref: Holman PILLSBURY p493]
