---------- Obituary, from Claysville Recorder, Dec 12 1924:
The death of Mrs Mary Frances Wolf Danley, widow of the late Martin A Danley, occurred at her home in East Finley on Monday, Dec 8th, 1924, aged 64 years. Death followed a lingering illness. The funeral service was held at her late home at one o'clock Wednesday afternoon by her pastor, Rev H. L. Henderson. Interment was in the Claysville Cemetery.
Mrs. Danley was born in Buffalo Township, this county, daughter of John and naomi Ashbrook Wolfe. She was unted in marriage with Martin A. Danley, Dec 5th, 1879. Mr. Danley, who was a farmer died about 15 years ago. She was a member of the Wheeling Hill United Presbyterian Church. She leaves six of the seven children born to them: Mrs. Emma V Martin, Wayland, PA; Naomi C. Danley, East Finley; Martin Addison Danley, at home; Mrs. Minnie F. Ealy, Claysville; Grover C. Danley, deceased; Myrtle L. Danley, John C. Danley, at home. She also leaves two sisters and two brothers - Mrs. Lizzie Ashbrook, Claysville; Mrs. Nancy Patterson, Washington; John Wolfe, Buffalo Township; Hiram Wolf, East Finley Township.
