almost certain that he was son of Vologais I, and therefore also his known brothers Mithridates of Armenia and Chosroes were also sons of Vologais I. Artabanos III and Vologaises II were competitors for throne upon death of Vologais I, so they are probably brothers as well [Ref: Settipani LGA p81]
