divers goods and chattells, victualls & commodities of Joseph Loomis late of
Brayntree in the County of Essex, Woolen-draper, wch were put in three butts
two hogsheds ont halfe hogshed, one barrel, one tubb & three Hye, were shipped

this prcell of land of 40 acers of land was resigned up to ye Town upon

swamp so that ye father and two sonnes toke up eyghty acers there together not
deuiding. But this was not put one record till may 1663, when they had me out
