In the name of God amen the xijth daye of Maye in the yeare of or Lord god
one thousand six hundred thirtie & eight, I William Fuller of chellmesford in
the countie of Essex Locksmyth, beinge of whole mymde and perfette remembrance
thanks be [interlined; nto] allmyhtie god doe macke and declare my testament
and last will in manner & forme followings First I commende my soule unto
allmyhtie god my onely Saviour & redemer, through whose death & passeyon I
beleeve faithfulley that I am redemed & saved and tha I shall live wth fo'ever
Itm I give unto Nathaneyell Fuller my sonne and to the heires of his bodey
lawfulley begotten my copeyholde lands & tente beyinge in Springfeild in the
countie of Essex and for lacke of such issue, I give it to my sonne George &
to his heires forever It[em] I give unto my sonne Richard Fuller & to the
heires of his bodey lawfully begotte, that p[ar]te of my messuage in
chellmesford wch Richard Middleton nowe dwelleth in wth all the waste grounde
before the doore, and that p[ar]te of the yard wch leyeth one teh backseyed of
the said Messuage & nowe used wth it, at his age of one and twentie yeares, &
yf he dey wth out yssue then I give it to George Fuller my sonne & to his
heires forever It[em] I give unto my sonne George Fuller, & to the heires of
his bodey lawfully begotten one other p[ar]te of my messuage where John Dale
nowe dwelleth in wth the yarde thereunto belonging & for defaulte of such
yssue to Richard Fuller my sonne & to his heirs forever, It[em] I give unto
Sara my wiffe an other p[ar]te of my said messuage wch John Stucke nowe
dwelleth in wth the yarde thereunto belonginge duringe her naturall liffe, and
after her decease to Richard my sonne & to the heires of his bodey lawfully
begotten & for want of such yssue to George Fuller my sonne & his heires
forever, all wch I late purchased of the heires of John Arundell, It[em] I
give unto George Fuller my sonne & to the heires of his bodey lawfully
begotten, by Copeyhold ten[emen]te wth theppurten[a]nc[e]s scituate & beinge
in Mtch Badowe in the said countie of Essex & for lacke of such yssue to
Nathaneyell Fuller my sonne & to his heires forever, It[wm] I give unto my
sayd sonne George Fuller ky howse at danberey & to his heires wch I purchased
of theires [interlined; of] Gibson, It[em] I give unto Sara my lovinge wiffe
Eighte pounds a yeare duringe her naturall life (viz) that hs to saye foure
pounds evrye sixe monethes by my Executor hereafter named It[em] I give unto
George Fuller my sonne & Richard my sonne tenne pounds a yeare, wch tenne
pounds & eight pounds a yeare given to kmy sayd wiffe I will shalbe tacken out
of the p[ro]fitts of the lands & ten[emen]ts herebefore bequeathed by my
executor for their mayntenances, & the residue of the Rents & p[ro]fits to be
kepte for my use, if it shall please god, to bringe me safe home agayne from
whence I doe intend, yf god p[er]mit and my desire ys that my wiffe & children
doe live together in the place where I shall leave them & be helpefull eatch
to other It[em] I doe give unto George Fuller my sonne my stocke of ware &
tooles, It[em] OI doe give unto Sara my wiffe & to Nathaneyell & Richard my
twoe sonnes the remaynder of all my goods & chattels equalley to be devided
betwene them It[em] I give unto George Fuller my sonne the lease of my howse
wherein I nowe dwell wth the waste groune let therewth, It[em] in case my twoe
sonnes william Fuller & John Fuller wch nowe are in Newe England doe ever
returne from thence, my will ys, that my sonne George Fuller shall give unto
them Fyftene pounds (viz) that ys to say tenne pounds to my sonne John & Fyve
pounds unto my sonne william for a farther porc[i]on more than heretofore I
have given them, And I doe make & ordayne George Fuller my sonne my sole
executor of this my laste will & testamt and I doe ordayne & Make my lovinge
