Will of Agnes Jenks of the Newchappell in the parish of Clun, dated 12 Jan 1569:
Item I do ordeyne and make to be my Executors Richard Jenks my eldest sonne and JohnJenks my second sonne. Item I geaye and bequeth unto John Jenks aforesaid my sonne my beest panne. Item I geave and bequeth unto William Jenks my yongest sonne two Ewes. Item all the resydue of my goods unbequethed I geave and bequeth unto my said Executors willige them to be good unto Doretie my dowghter. Witnes Nycolas Browne, John Nixon and others. No probate act.
