1834: moved to Sandusky County, Ohio; took up 160 acres in (now) Washington Twp [Ref: ToledoOH Biog p324]

fall of 1834: moved to northwest part of Sandusky Co (now Ottawa Co); settled on 160 acres of land; also bought 160 acres in Washington Twp [Ref: Beers SanduskyCoOH p46]

1836[?]: moved to Ottowa County, Ohio; took up 160 acres 8 miles north of where Port Clinton now stands; died two or three years later [Ref: ToledoOH Biog p324]

after his death, his family (widow and seven children) moved back to the 160 acres in Washington Twp, on what is now Limestone Ridge,a few miles southeast of Hessville [Ref: Beers SanduskyCoOH p46]
