his estates, derived chiefly from the Beauchamp family, he entailed on himself and the heirs male of his body, with remainders to his brothers Thomas and Edward respectively in like manner, and this entail, made by his will, being confirmed by Act of Parliament 31 Jan 1555/6 preserved them intact to the succeeding Lords [Ref: CP I p32]
