Mamikonian, but not listed with that identifier in primary sources [Ref: Settipani LGA p41]

ancient sources that still exist to not give the filation of Vasak, father of Manouegh and Vardan. But M. Ch'amch'ian, in 18th century, gives it, based probably on lost documents [Ref: Settipani LGA p41]

has been identified as an armenien prince in 536/9, brother-in-law of the arsacide prince Artavan (Artabanes), who returned to the courtyard of the Persian king and presented complaints of his compatriots. Appeared by his speech as a subject of the Justinien emperor, and would belong as a branch of the Mamikonians installed in the Byzantine part of Armenia, in the region of Ekegheac that was part of the land granted S. Grigor inherited by Mamikonians. But little basis for the identification [Ref: Settipani LGA p42]
