had grants of two estates from King Edgar in 966, and in both instances was called his kinswoman [Ref: Barlow Godwine p35]

may have been the young wife divorced from King Eadwig in 958 by the Archbishop Oda because of too close kinship [Ref: Barlow Godwine p35]

held Risborough, which had been confirmed to her grandfather Aethelfrith in 903 and was held in the time of King Edward by Earl Harold, and Wing in Buckinghamshire, likewise a later possession of Harold's. Hwaetaedune, may have been identical to Hwituntune confirmed to her father Eadric in 925. [Ref: Barlow Godwine p35]

will 966-975, gave Berkhamstead in Hertfordshie to Aelfweard, Aethelweard, and Aelfwaru in common for their lives, with reversion to the Old Minister at Winchester [Ref: Barlow Godwine p35]
