Ivan of Smolensk called her husband "older brother"; if taken literally, Olga would be granddaughter of Prince Gleb of Smolensk and not daughter as shown by Decker-Hauff. Either is chronologically possible; Baumgarten does not mention her at all, while ES calls her merely "Olga Wsevolodowna", which does not place her anywhere in the Smolensk ruling family, the pedigree of which is in any event very poorly documented and incomplete [Ref: Thompson CharlesII v11-186(133)]
