Research Notes:
at age 12 became heir of Munfichet properties, representing Philippe, 3rd sister and coheir of Richard de Munfichet, who had m. Hugh de Plaiz, and by failure of heirs to her two sisters she became in her issue sole heir of Richard de Munfichet [Ref: CP VII p376(h)]
