Research Notes:
1185: held 12 librates in Hildersham of the fee of her brother Gerard de Canville. Hildersham had been held by Aubrey I in 1086, and "it can hardly have passed from the Vere fief except as a marriage portion" [Ref: CP X AppJ p112(j)]
