18 Jul 1474: sentenced to death, but reprieved and still alive 18 Dec 1475. Not long thereafter his son is referred to in terms that indicate that he died in 1476. The exact date is unknown. [Ref: Thompson CharlesII v03-37(20)]

brave and eloquent but spendthrift, disloyal and of a violent temperament, twice condemned to death for treason but apparently died a natural death in prison [Ref: Thompson CharlesII v03-37]
