I Amos Rifenderfer of Madison Township Co of Columbia and State of Pa, being of sound mind, memory, and understanding, do make & publish this my last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
First, I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses be paid out of the first moneys that shall come into the hands of my Executor.
Second, I direct that my Executor shall make public sale of all my estate personal and real with out having an appraisement, And to make deed or deeds for all real estate that I may own at my death the same as I would do if living.
Third, I will and bequeath to my grandson George C Rifendifer, son of Wm B. McSellan Rifendifer two hundred dollars.
Fourth, I give and bequeath to my son Wm B. McSellan Rifendifer one full share of my Estate less two hundred dollars and to my daughter Hettie jane one full share of my Estate less two hundred dollar
Fifth, I hereby direct and empower my Executor to collect all my outstanding accounts and make distribution of the money after all expenses having been paid to my two children and grandchild as above directed, and take charge of my old horse, kill him and burry him.
I do hereby constitute and appoint Joseph Maust to be executor of this my last Will and Testament.
In witness whereof I Amos Rifenderfer the testator above named have hereunto subscribed my name and affixed my Seal the Twnety Eight day of July A.D. 1894. Amos (his X mark) Rifendifer
