Know all men by these presents that I Henry Musser of the township of
Lampiter in the county of Lancaster and State of Pennsylvania yeoman the
guardian duly appointed by the Orphans Court in and for the said County of
Lancaster over the estates of Jacob Musser and Martin Musser minor children of
Jacob Musser late of the said township of Lampiter in the county of Lancaster
aforesaid yeoman, deceased, have on the day of the date hereof had and
received of and from Christian Hartman Administrator of all and singular the
goods and chattels rights and credits which were of the said Jacob Musser
deceased the sum of three thousand and seventy six dollars and eighty cents
lawful money of the United States that is to say, the sum of fifteen hundred
and thirty eight dollars and forty cents for each of my wards, the said Jacob
Musser and Martin Musser, in full of and for the several and respective parts
of shares, proportions and dividends of them the said Jacob Musser and Martin
Musser of and in the estate real and personal of the proceeds of the estate
real and personal of the said Jacob Musser deceased agreeably to the account
of the said Christian Hartman duly settled and passed before the Register on
the fourteenth day of August in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and nineteen, and approved of and confirmed by the Orphans Court held
at Lancaster in and for the said County of Lancaster on the twenty first day
of September last past, and in full of and for all accounts and demands
whatsoever against him the said Christian Hartman and the estate real and
personal of the said Jacob Musser deceased by them the said Jacob Musser and
Martin Musser or either of them. In consideration whereof I the said Henry
Musser for myself and for and in behalf of my wards the said Jacob Musser and
Martin Musser and each of them their and each of their heirs executors and
administrators have remised released and forever quit claimed and by these
presents Do remise release and forever quit claim unto the said Christian
Hartman his heirs executors and administrators All and all manner of action
and actions cause and causes of action and actions suits controversies
accounts reckonings and demands whatsoever which against him for my said wards
Jacob Musser and Martin Musser or either of them ever had or now have and
which against him his heirs executors or administrators for my said Wards
Jacob Musser and Martin Musser or either of them their or either of their
heirs executors or administrators can or may have claim challenge or demand
for or on account of the estate real and personal or the proceeds of the
estate real and personal of the said Jacob Musser deceased or any part thereof
or any proceedings dealings or transactions whatsoever of him the said
Christian Hartman thereto in anywise relating. In Witness whereof I the said
Henry Musser have hereunto set my Hand and Seal the sixth day of November in
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and nineteen. Henry Musser.

Lancaster County SS. Before me the subscriber one of the justices of the
peace in and for said county personally appeared the within named Henry Musser
and acknowledged the within and aforewritten release to be his act and deed
and desired that the same may be recorded as such according to law. Witness
my Hand and Seal the sixth day of November Anno Domini 1819. William Bausman.

Lancaster County PA Deed 6F-54, dated 1 Apr 1835:
Know all men by these presents that I Martin Musser of Leacock township in
Lancaster County Pennsylvania a son of Jacob Musser late of Lampeter township
in said County deceased having attained my full age of twenty one years do
hereby acknowledge that I have this day and heretofore had and received of and
from Henry Musser my late guardian appointed by the Orphans Court of said
County three thousand nine hundred and forty four dollars and fifty cents in
full satisfaction and payment of all and singular the moneys and estate that
have come to his hands possession or knowledge for me and for my use whether
as my share and part and interest out of and in my deceased fathers estate
real and personal or out of the estate of my deceased brother Henry who died
intestate unmarried and without issue or otherwise howsoever with all interest
accrued to this day, the said Henry Musser having however retained all
expenses and a reasonable compensation for his trouble out of said sum.
Therefore I do by these presents release acquit and forever discharge the said
Henry Musser his heirs executors and administrators of and from said
guardianship and of and from all money and estate that came to his hands
possession or knowledge for me and for my use as aforesaid and all interest
accrued and of and from all actions suits payments accounts claims and demands
for or by reason thereof. In witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
seal the first day of April in the year of our Lord 1835. Martin Musser.
Sealed and delivered in the presence of us, J Carpenter, John Bomberger.
City of Lancaster SS. Personally appeared before me an alderman in and for
said City the within named Martin Musser and acknowledged the within release
to be his act and deed and desired the same to be recorded as such according
