Lancaster County PA Wills R-400, dated 8 Nov 1831, pro 25 Sep 1837:
In the name of God, Amen. I John Musser of the City of Lancaster in the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania being in a weak state of health, but of sound
disposing mind memory and understanding, do make my last will and testament in
manner and form following, hereby revoking and making void all former Wills by
me at any time heretofore made. First it is my Will and I do order that all my
just debts and funeral expenses be duly paid and satisfied as soon as
conveniently can be after my decease. Item, I give devise and bequeath unto my
beloved wife Margaret all my estate real personal and mixed to which I may be
in any manner entitled to hold to her the said Margaret her heirs and assigns
forever, except what is yet to be received by me from my father and mother's
estate, which I give devise and bequeath to my brother and sisters and the
legal representatives of such as may be dead to them their heirs and assigns
forever. Lastly I nominate constitute and appoint my beloved wife Margaret to
be the sole executrix of this my last will and testament. In Witness whereof I
have hereunto set my hand and seal this eight day of November Anno Domini one
thousand eight hundred and thirty one. John Musser.
Signed, sealed, published, pronounced, declared and delivered in the
presence of us by said testator, who in his presence and at his request, have
hereunto in the presence of each other subscribed our names as witnesses. G.

Lancaster County SS. On the 25th day of September A.D. 1837, Before me the
Subscriber appeared John M. Hubley and Alexander Panner and on Oath and
affirmation administered according to law say that they were well acquainted
with the hand writing of George W Henry and Philip Shreiner the subscribing
witnesses to the preceding Will (who cannot be had) that they frequently saw
them write, and that they verily believe the signatures of the witnesses are
in the proper handwritings of the said G. W. Henry and Philip Shreiner and
further that about the time of the making of the said will they believe that
the testator was of sound and well disposing mind memory and understanding to
the best of their knowledge and belief. J. W. Hubley, A. Danner
September 26 1837. Letters testamentary granted to Margaret Musser the
Executrix, she being duly affirmed well and truly to administer the goods and
chattels rights and credits of John Musser the testator aforesaid according to
law, and also that she will diligently and faithfully regard and well and
truly comply with the provisions of the law relating to collateral
