Lancaster County PA Wills P-182, dated 7 Sep 1825, pro 4 Apr 1828:
In the name of God, amen. I Christina Musser of the City of Lancaster and
State of Pennsylvania, widow, being of sound mind and understanding, and
desirous of making a disposition of the property I possess; and taking into
consideration the services rendered me by my daughter Sarah Musser, It is
therefore my will and desire that after my decease she shall receive and
possess all my personal estate that is to say all my household and kitchen
furniture, bonds, notes, and monies and whatsoever belongs to me at my
deceased, to be disposed of in any manner she may thing proper. I therefore
nominate and appoint my son William Musser and my daughter Sarah Musser the
executors of this my last will and testament. As witness my hand and seal this
seventh day of September A.D. one thousand eight hundred and twenty five.

Lancaster County SS. On the 4th day of April anno domini 1828 Before me the
Subscriber personally appeared George Musser and Catharine Haverstick who upon
their corporal oaths according to law did severally depose and say that they
are well acquainted with the handwriting of Christina Musser, the testatrix in
the with instrument in writing named, that they have frequently seen her write
and that they verily believe the name Christina Musser subscribed thereto is
in the proper hand writing of the said Christina Musser, deceased; and that at
the date thereof as well as before and up to the time of her death she was of
sound and well disposing mind memory and understanding to the best of their
knowledge observation and belief. The deponents further depose and say that
Anna Mary Singer, one of the subscribing witnesses to the within well is dead,
and the other John Singer resides at a distance and cannot be obtained. And
further saith not. George Musser, Catharine Haverstick.
Sworn and subscribed the day and year above written. F. A. Muhlenberg, Regr.
Be it remembered, That on the 4th day of April anno domini 1828 the last
will and testament of Christiana Musser, deceased, was proved in due form of
law, and letters testamentary thereon were granted to William Musser and Sarah
Musser, the executors therein named, they having been first duly sworn
according to law well and truly to administer the estate of the said deceased;
especially to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Registers
Office at Lancaster within one month, and to render a just and true account of
the executorship on said estate in one year or when thereto lawfully required,
and also that they will diligently and faithfully regard and well and truly
comply with the provisions of the act of Assembly relating to collateral
inheritances. Given under the Seal of said office, F. A. Muhlenberg, Regr.
