Know all men by these presents that I Jacob Miller and Catharine my wife of Cherry Township Lycoming County and state of Pennsylvania do hereby acknowledge that this day have had and received of and from George Reagan the sum of one hundred and nineteen dollars and ninety eight cents in full satisfaction and payment of my share and legacy of the estate real and personal of my late father Michael Reichelderfer deceased and therefore do by these presents release acquit and forever discharge my brother John Reichelderfer his heirs executors and administrators of and from said share of legacy and of and from all action suits payments accounts reckonings claims and demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof from the beginning of the world to the day of the date of these presents. In testimony whereof we have hereunto set our hands and seals the second day of July one thousand eight hundred and twenty nine. Lycoming County be it remembered that on the second day of July, 1829, before me one of the Justices of the peace in and for said County personally came the above named Jacob Miller and Catharine his wife and acknowledged the above indenture to be their act and deed and desired that the same might be recored as such.
