------ Will of Thomas ROBINSON of Epping, New Hampshire, dated 10 Jul 1745:
The Last Will and Testament of Thomas Robbinson of the Parish of Epping in the Province of New Hampshire in New England being of Sound and Disposing mind & Memory praise be given to Almighty God for it & Knowing that it is appointed for all men once to Die & after that the Judgment. Do therefore make and ordain this my Last Will and Testament in Manner and form as Followeth that is to say first & Principally I Commit my Soul into the hands of God who gave it hoping for the Pardon and pre--- of all my Sins in and through the Merits of Jesus Christ my Saviour and my body I Commit to the Earth to be decently Buried at the Discretion of my Executors hereinafter named & as for the Worldly Goods and Estate it hath Pleased God in his Providence to Betrust me with I give & bequeath as Followeth. Impremes, My Will is that all my just Debts be paid and my Funeral Charges Defrayed by my Exe. hereafter named.
Item. I give unto my Well beloved Son John Robbinson my Dwelling House & Out Housing & all my Land thereto belonging together with all my Cattle he paying what Legacies hereafter mentioned.
Item. I give unto my Daughter Abigail Mellon twenty Shillings Lawful Money She having received her portion already to be paid her one year after my Decease.
Item. I tive unto my Daughter Mary Judkins fifty ... Money to be paid within one year after my Decease.
Item. I give unto my Daughter Rachel Mellon fifty Shillings Lawful Money to be paid within one year after my Decease.
Item. I give unto my Daughter Hannah Bean fifty Shillings Lawful Money to be paid within one year after my Decease.
Item. I give unto my Daughter Elizabeth Robinson my feather bed & all the Beding there to belonging. Finally My Will is that My Well beloved Son Jno Robbinson pay all the Legacies above Written & I Do make and Ordain him My Well beloved Son Jno Robbinson the Sole Exe. to this my Last Will & Testament hereby Revoking & Disannulling all other former Wills & Test. by me heretofore made & have to this My Last Will & Test.
