Research Notes:
took the castle of Ivry-la-Bataille (Eure) to her husband [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p351]

her marriage settled a situation in which Ascelin had seized the castle from William and surrendered it to Duke Robert, provoking war between him and William. Ascelin eventually imprisoned William. The marriage was part of a treaty arranged by William's supporters (ref to Orderic Vitalis iv 198-202, 288-92) [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p351]
