At his death his holdings included the manor and advowson of East Portelmouth, the manor of Bryxham, one third of the manor and borough of North Tauton and one third of the Hundred of North Tauton, and more than 300 acres in Modbury, Ludbrok, Avenmouth and Worthy (IPM 15 Edw. will dated 20 Mar 1474/5, directing his burial in the Church of St Andrew at Beer Ferrers between the tombs of Martin Ferrers and Alexander Champernoun, and named his wife Elizabeth, daughters Blanche and Joan, and his nephew Thomas Champernoun (PCC Wills, Wallys 23) [Ref: Ronny Bodine SGM 1/30/1999]
