1205/6: Ranulf son of Robert gave 200 marks for having a third of William
de Stuteville's land in Bramham and Leyburn, which William took in marriage
with Berta his wife who died without an heir, which third fell to Ranulf by
hereditary right [Ref: Farrer EYC v9p11]
Thomas de Arden gave 60 marks and a palfrey for having his reasonable share of
the land which Ranulf de Glanville gave in marriage to William de Stuteville
