County, Territory of Kansas for the sum of $800 to William Blayney [Ref:

Will probated in Douglas County, Kansas. To each of eldest sons, Charles
Oberlin and George, 110 acres of either end of his farm, Charles to have
first choice, and to his youngest son William Faris the middle portion
when each reach the age of 21 years. This with the provision that each
son pay an equal amount to one-third the appraised value of his portion
to their sister Elizabeth Ann. Other provisions were made for the care
