Oct 31 1732: Jonathan BROWN of Billerica sold two acres of land near the center of town, with buildings, to William Marshall of Billerica, for #270. Middlesex deeds, L33, F540 [Ref: Stan Johnson 5/31/1999]

Oct 31 1732: William Brattle, Esq., of Cambridge, sold to Jonathan Brown of Billerica, tanner, for #300 in bills of credit, four acres in Charlestown. Middlesex deeds, L33, F5541 [Ref: Stan Johnson 5/31/1999]

Oct 31 1732: William Marshall of Billerica, housewright, and his wife conveyed a mortgage deed for a parcel of land of about two acres lying near the center of town, containing orchard and mowing field 'together with all the buildings fences and trees thereon standing or lying' to William FRENCH and John MARSHALL, husbandmen both of Billerica, for bills of credit in the amount of #250. John MARSHALL and William FRENCH having "become bownd for the proper debt of the said William MARSHALL to William BRATTLE of Cambridge in said County Esq. in one bond or writing obligatory under the penalty of five hundred pounds of even date with these presents as by the same obligation doth more fully appear." Dec 20 1733: William MARSHALL of Billerica and his wife Elizabeth sold a freehold right in Concord village to Charles Prescott of Concord, husbandman, for #40. It is described as one tenth part of Lot Number 5, 'commonly called a hundred acre lot.' Signed in Billerica, 22 Dec 1733. Middlesex deeds L34, p312 [Ref: Stan Johnson 5/31/1999]

Dec 17 1735: William MARSHALL of Billerica and his wife Elizabeth sold for #120 one acre of land and buildings to Edward JEWETT of Billerica. This land seems to be a part of their property purchased from Jonathan Brown. Middlesex deeds L37, p304 [Ref: Stan Johnson 5/31/1999]

Nov 4 1736: William FRENCH and John MARSHALL stated that they had received full satisfaction under the mortgage deed, and discharged the instrument. Middlesex deeds L33, F542, marginal annotation [Ref: Stan Johnson 5/31/1999]

1742: In the Bedford Town Records, LDS Film#0892216, there are payments for 'An account of the birds and Squerils for ye year 1742' 0-6-8, and again for the same account in 1743 [Ref: Stan Johnson 5/31/1999]

1748: in marriage record to Eunice Davis, called William Marshall of Concord [Ref: Doug Chase 2/28/2000]

sons went to Pennsylvania, then to Virginia and finally to Iowa [Ref: MarshallGM MARSHALL p17]

Feb 1765: William, wife, and children were certified to have been warned out of Holden. Neither wife nor children were named [Ref: Stan Johnson 5/31/1999]
