Research Notes:
she and Sudbury next-door-neighbor Nathaniel Treadway were principal and residuary legatees of the will in 1644 of Edward Howe of Watertown, Mass. Since Nathaniel m Suffrana Haynes, who had no sister named Anne, and there is no evidence that Edward Howe had any surviving children, best possibility is that Nathaniel and Anne were brother & sister, and that their mother was probably a sister of Edward Howe, making them neice and nephew of Edward [Ref: Bartlett STONE p69]
