will dated Oct 21 1728. gives to wife Rebeca use and improvement of all real and personal estate and after her decease or second marriage: to son Ebenezer all upland, meadow, swampy meadow in Rochester during life, and then to his eldest son. To son Ezra land before the door of my dwelling huse and one-half of the land on south east side of the country road, one third my Creek Stuff meadow land, and my wood lot. To son Samuel, all y homestead where I now dwell and my meadow on the Northerly side of Monument River, alias Herring River and one-half of my land on the South East side of the Country Road, one -half right in the cedar swamp and one-third my Creek Stuff meadow, land inclosed with it and n the neck adjoining to the 8 acres my father formerly gave me and my lot in the last division of Common lands in Sandwich, also blacksmith tools, bellows, a yoke of oxen. To my daughter Mary a bed & coverlet and one cow. To my daughter Hannah 2 sheep. To the three children of my daughter Rebecca by her husband Jonathan Washburn 10 shillings to each child. To my grand-children Samuel Muxon and Edmund Muxon in equal partnership my land in the lower end of Monument Neck where I lately made a dam and my 8 acres in said neck which my late Father formerly gave me, one third of Creek Stuff Meadow, sheep pasture lot, and my new shop with liberty to remove to their own land if they see cause. My daughter Patience to have improvement of my now dwelling house, half the bard, one acre of land. Residue to be divided between the daughters Freelove and Patience and the grandsons, Samuel and Edward Muxon. [Ref: Brownson PERRY v115p91]
