I Samuel Harpster of Ferguson Township, Centre County and State of Pennsylvania, do make and publish this, my last will and testament as follows:
I direct that my body be decently interred and as to such worldly estate as it has pleased God to interest me with, I dispose of the same as follows:
First, I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my dispose as possible out of my personal estate. I give and bequeath to my wife, Sarah, all my household furniture and personal estate whatsoever after paying my funeral expenses and debts as mentioned aforesaid to have the same to dispose of as she wishes after paying my funeral expenses as she may see proper and in order that my wife have a home. I direct that she have the use and control with the rents and profits of my real estate during her natural life and at the decease of my wife, I direct my executors to sell my real estate and divide the profits amongst my children as follows:
To my son John; my daughter, Margaret intermarried with Michael Halderman; my son, Henry; and my son, Samuel, I give and bequeath to each of them the sum of $1.00. The residue of my real estate after the elgacies are paid I give and bequeath to my daughter, Elizabeth intermarried with David Kustenborder. I hereby name and ordain James W Campbell and my son-in-law David Kustenborder, executors of my last will and testament.
