Research Notes:
1129/30: her dower in the Ingaine holding at Lilingstone was given with
the 'nepta' of Richard fitz Urse to Walter de Ansgerville [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD
p966]
In the Carta of Fulk de Lisores there is a reference to the dower his
grandfather (Richard ENGAINE) gave to his last wife, that is, the wife of
Richard fitz Urse. In 1129/30 this land in Ingaine's fee at Lillingstone,
Northamptonshire, was accounted for by Walter de Ansgerville, who obviously
married the granddaughter of Ingaine's widow [Ref: Keats-Rohan DD p857]
